We’re not going to the extreme but.....
My partner is alcohol gelling hands before he walks in the door, straight away taking clothes off - hot wash in washing machine.
Hot shower straight away, no particular shower gel or anything. We are limiting cuddles etc.

He wears a hazmat mask thing at work when doing respiratory physio but the above are the steps we are taking. Could be taking more!

Change shoes:
One pair for work
One from work home

Then leave them at the door.
Wipe your steering wheel and car door, wipe your home door handle.
Change out of your uniform at work, put civvies to get home, strip and put everything in the wash straight away.
Jump in the shower, wash your hair, brush your teeth and use alcohol mouth wash.
