As you can see, and similar to the ‘school closures’, there’s still quite a lot of leeway in terms of what’s permitted. Eg it says places of worship can remain open for solitary prayer, includes things like ‘home and hardware stores’ as remaining open, etc

We had a letter today re courts - all non-custodial cases are to be adjourned for 12 weeks on a rolling basis.

Legal advisors didn’t get this until after closing so will be informing all defendants tomorrow.

Only those in custody or bailed for DV offences to attend. If due to attend contact your solicitor or local court for further advice on whether it is to proceed.
