Sore throat and heavy/stingy eyes - do i have it?

Have a low immune system following medical treatment in January.

Throat has been hurting since yesterday and eyes feel heavy.

I have been going out when needed (tsupermarket once, butcher once and to the park once)

Unfortunately the London park was totally mobbed and it probably took 20 minutes to walk to the next gate and now im worried that i might have CV.

Single parent and no family in country.
Should i try to isolate as far as i can inside my house, or am I getting too carried away?

If you have a cough or a high tempature then self isolate. Also the county is on lock down anyway so everyone is self isolating especially if your high risk.

Do you think it could be hayfever?

DB has exactly the same symptoms and he has dust mites allergy. Hope it’s just his allergy flaring up!

Hi it’s definitely not hayfever. Im thankfully not high risk but was given a high dose of steriods and antibiotics in January in advance of a small operation
I wish it was hayfever so at least that would rule it out!
