Guidance on travel to work is unclear

Does anyone know, is the new rule:

1 - you can go to work if you cannot wfh
or
2 - you can go to work only if you are an essential worker (and cannot wfh)

I think it’s unclear? Not affected personally but a lot of people will be.

Not sure what is hard to understand

No, the longer guidance wasn't up when you first posted mini I had had a good scout about for info too. I agree if is now clearer in that document that if you can't work from home you can travel to work, however the interpretations doing the rounds on social media etc are that only key workers should be travelling to work so I would say the address from the pm at the time was confusing.
