“Is it essential?” traffic light picture/poster thing, anyone got it saved?

I’ve seen a traffic light colours poster thing with sort of “is it essential” message eg food shopping on green, soft play on red. I’ve seen it shared a couple of times on Facebook and I think on here, but haven’t saved it and now I can’t find it. Just wondered if anyone had it saved? Thanks
