FF3 are the best but good luck getting one these days as places like B&Q, Tool Station and Halford were sold out weeks ago.

They are effective otherwise NHS staff and the whole of Asia wouldn't wear them, would they?

At the very least they stop you touching your face.

Current World Health Organisation on masks. To those advising OP to use a mask because it might 'help a bit', please stop:

'Only wear a mask if you are ill with COVID-19 symptoms (especially coughing) or looking after someone who may have COVID-19. Disposable face mask can only be used once. If you are not ill or looking after someone who is ill then you are wasting a mask. There is a world-wide shortage of masks, so WHO urges people to use masks wisely'
