Sainsbury account dilemma

WWYD? My mum died recently, under 70 but had asthma, copd and cancer. Dad has carried on using her sainsburys online account, he is mid 70s with underlying health issues. Sainsburys now saying delivery only to the vulnerable, do I phone and pretend to be mum and offer a copy of her prescription to prove vulnerability or do I explain and hope they move account to his name. No new registrations for accounts this morning either.

delivery saver customers get second priority, it's not stopping altogether

they identify the vulnerable also you don't have to do it. your dad is in the vulnerable group so you don't need to do anything.

Problem is that account is in mums name not dads, her account page says phone if you consider you are vulnerable, she’s not here to do that.

Surely just ring them to change the account to your dad's name and as he's in the vulnerable category too, he'll still get priority delivery.

Just phone and explain the situation and ask for the account to be changed into your dad's name.

To even contemplate lying and pretending to be your deceased mum is beyond disgusting. Ffs, why do so many people find telling the truth so difficult?

I'm sorry but what the dilemma? You can't seriously think phoning and pretending to be your dead mother is ok Hmm
