I have just noticed on a well known job site (the Guardian Jobs) that the Red Cross are recruiting "emergency response" volunteers in a large amount of local towns near to me. Assuming this is due to COVID. What exactly would Red Cross be doing? Will it be to help with the crisis spilling out of hospitals? Job description is vague
