How to calm down / reassure a young person about risks

Advice please - how would you calm down / reassure or agree with an early 20s female who is generally healthy now (but has checks every 5 years after surgery to repair holes in heart as a one year old). She has been laid off from her job in hospitality and immediately applied for and got work shelf stacking in supermarket. This was before the 80% of salary info was released and she was worrying about money. Due to start next week and now panicking healthwise. I realise it's impossible to say really, but statistically how likely is she to become infected?
