Any frontline nhs staff quarantining themselves from their families?

I’m wondering if I might be best moving into our little caravan at the side of the house.

I’m ICU. No vulnerable family members but want to keep any bugs I bring home to myself.
No symptoms with me or any of my gang.
Still at work full time (well, I’ve done 60 hours this week)
What do you think?
If you had the facilities, would you for the duration?

God yes I would. much better to not risk infecting your family.

I expect it's almost as safe to do a complete strip and decontamination process when you get home each night but it would be so easy to make a mistake when exhausted. it would be so tough to be isolated from the family, but so much better than risking transmitting to them.
