Bob had a single aim - raise money, and a single thing that needed to be done - get people to give money.

I don't think what needs to be done here can be turned into a simple message.

Given that Johnson is where he is on the back of three word slogans 'Take Back Control' and 'Get Brexit Done' you'd think he or his puppet master would have come up with something snappy this time. But no. Almost as if he's far less motivated when he doesn't stand to personally gain anything.
