Would it be possible to move in with family in exceptional circumstances? Or will you strictly have to stay in your own home?
I'm due to have a baby any day and have a very energetic 2 year old, we have no garden sadly.
DP is staying with his mum as she has younger children (8 and 10) and is recovering from cancer and a serious operation. Sadly her DH is a key worker and has had to move out temporarily so as not to put her at risk. I struggle with my mental health and have been getting help and support throughout pregnancy though understandably that's all stopped now and is on an emergency only basis.
Would I be allowed to stay at my Mums? She's only 50, lives a 20 minute drive away so not too far and could help me out whilst I recover from birth and stop me from completely spiralling which I know I would as I'm already half way there and have only been self isolating about a week.
I know no one knows for sure what would happen but I'm just looking for some reassurance

I think you would have about a days notice to travel, and I’d do it if that was the case if I was you.

That's a relief! I'm so worried about it but it definitely needs to happen, I just hope I have the baby before it's announced
