Our 'social distancing' compared to other places

Are we the only country that has completely flounced in the face of social distancing?

I can't believe the actual amount of total bread dead people we are unfortunate to share an island with currently And wondered if anyone knew if they had been such blatant ignoring of the advice in other countries

Main reason I ask is I'm genuinely worried we are going to end up even worse than Italy is currently because I believe they'd already locked down at the stage we're at now.

I'm honestly starting to worry that we won't come out the other end of this as a recognisable functioning society after seeing some/a lot of people's behaviour around shopping and going to beaches and pubs etc on the last couple of days

Totally agree, but no we're not the only country to ignore the requests, Italy's, Spain and France wouldn't be in lock down if they'd done as they were told in the first place.

We've had 2 weeks warning more than Italy, we should have locked down 2 weeks ago when we knew how bad it got there but oh no!!!! If we don't get locked down in the next couple of days we may aswell just forget any idea of recovering from this

It's terrible but we are not the only country that has done this.
