Our council has closed their country parks...

Thank goodness. The photos I've seen of people treating this as a chance for a nice day out, and being in close proximity with each other has been terrifying.
One step closer to lockdown, if people can't appreciate social distancing...

I heard someone say today that the Royal Parks might be closing.

The website says it's under daily review, and the parks are still open but most facilities closed.

I'm not surprised closures and partial closures are being considered. It's abundantly clear that too many people think it's ok to meet in groups. Lots of fitness groups and team sports going on near me, and I think that'll be the pretext for further closures in coming days.
