Is this a new group or the ones who already have been told they should?

TBH- I should hope the majority on the list would already be well aware that they are high risk and should isolate anyways:

• Those with organ transplants
• severe lung conditions like cystic fibrosis

(Might have been another category but missed it as cooking while the news was on.)
