Does anyone know how long prior to collection Sainsbury's prepare the order?

Our grocery order from 2 weeks ago is finally due for collection tomorrow between 12 and 1pm. I can't help but stress that most of what we ordered is going to be unavailable, the substitutes I wouldn't mind as much. Does anyone know what time they are likely to pack/prepare our order and the likelihood of actually getting most of what we ordered? Confused

I believe it is within a couple of hours of being due to be collected, at least that's how it used to be.

You get an email a few hours in advance telling you what is in/out of stock. Ours came first thing this morning. I'd optimistically put pasta & loo roll on there which was missing along with a couple of other things, there were 15 or so subs all of which were acceptable except 1 and the rest was there.
