My son works in B & Q. When I dropped him off yesterday I couldn’t believe how busy it was, obviously people planning diy jobs. He said it stayed busy all day but what’s bothering me is the tills are close together, there was no distance between people and the staff were all wearing latex gloves. This isn’t recommended apparently and I think gives a false sense of security. I think they should be using hand gel between every customer. The CEO has made a statement saying they are following govt guidelines. I really want to complain to someone but don’t know who.
