My 76yo dad is having immunotherapy for stage 4 lung cancer. I'm under no illusion having read a guardian article from an oncologist last Thursday that his pending treatments are likely to be deferred and I know what that means. Our plan was to spend dad's remaining time doing as many family things as possible and we speak /FaceTime every day. My sister is a community MH nurse and we've agreed she'll stay away and I'll do the shopping for them. The problem is my mum is thinks it's ok for her to pop to the shops (either walking distance or I'll drive her further afield) if she goes early and stays away from people. It's not ok is it?
