I'm starting to feel depressed about this fucking situation. Like really depressed.
I've been exercising up to now, but am finding it a bit hit and miss what classes you can find online.
Can anyone recommend a pilates class online?
Would also like recommendations for full body workouts. I've dumbells and kettle bells here and am used to doing lunges, squats, press ups, etc., but find it hard to set out my own workout.
