supermarket shopping hours for NHS and the elderly

I work for my local hospice. I'm running out of nappies and have been on the look out for some the past few days.

I know some supermarkets have allocated certain times for NHS staff which is great and I don't even though I work for the NHS I don't really think I deserve special access to supermarkets - I'm not a nurse of anything, just admin. Anyway I thought I'd use this for only when I'm desparate which looks like soon as I've only enough nappies to last me 3 days.

However looking at my ID card there is no NHS logo. Do you think I would be ok? My payslip does have all the NHS stuff on it but I've just noticed that my id card doesnt.
I don't want to turn up and embarrass myself!

Can you put out a request on a local support group.someone may have some spare or get some while they are shopping. Whereabouts are you.

I think most people understand that the dedicated hour is for frontline staff who cant get to the shops because of their shifts or might be isolating.
