Watery eyes, runny nose?

Does anyone know if these are symptoms?
I woke up feeling mildly hayfever-ish this morning and my boss has told me not to come in to work (care home) as she has heard of people with the virus with hay fever like symptoms.
I’m looking online and can’t seem to see much info about it? No sore throat, cough or temp. Literally just slightly watery eyes and slightly runny nose.

No, these are not symptoms, and there is no snot with it. You’ve either got a cold or hay fever.

It's tree pollen season. I've been having periodic bouts of sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes etc for several weeks, and at times a cough due to post-nasal drip, same as I always do this time of year. Try antihistamines, keep monitoring your temperature etc but runny nose is not a Covid-19 symptom.

I've read that you can certainly get a runny nose with coronavirus. It's a less common symptom, but some people do get this, along with diarrhoea, headaches, aches and pains etc. I'm currently self isolating with the main symptoms of the virus and have been ill, but I've also had a slightly runny nose. Please don't take the risk.

I’m just reading this morning that a new symptom is loss of taste and smell.
I completely lost my sense of taste and smell last weekend, until yesterday. Looks like I did have it.

The watery eyes and nose could have been part of it, or separate hay fever.
