Anyone in Belfast?

Seeing a lot of posts in mainland UK saying people in their local areas are not following social distancing very well and the streets are still busy etc. I'm in Belfast and my estate is so quiet! I'm in isolation but have taken the dog on short 15-20 minute walks (small dog) and the streets are empty in the estate! I've seen one other person during these walks also walking a dog and I was able to stay way more than 2m away from her. My postman knocked the door and by the time I'd gotten up and opened it he has already left the parcel on my doorstep and was back standing at the garden gate waiting to make sure I got it and he had gloves on. I think people in Belfast for the most part seem to be doing what they're supposed to!

My isolation ends in a few more days and then I'll return to work. Non-essential retail and company is still open for now so I have no choice, can't just say I'm not turning up once my isolation period finishes unfortunately.

Just wondering if it was just my area or others in Belfast finding we're taking this more seriously than the mainland at all?

Yes I've heard of teens gathering too and the psni having to disperse them, obviously think social distancing doesnt apply to them. Just saw McDonald's is closing now including drive through.

South Antrim here and the town was very busy all weekend . Wise there was some sense that people were taking it more seriously.

StillCounting you could be right, but it definitely seemed emptier on the 13 than even during the summer holidays. And emptier still coming home from work. Got word from work today that I am not to attend (vulnerable mum lives with me) so at least I wont have to worry about public transport for a while.

I nipped up to the estate shop earlier today (needed milk!) and was very serious about social distancing yet still managed to be followed around the shop by an old bloke Hmm. And we were the only 2 people in the shop!
