I am trying to work it out for us because we’re not travelling so much (petrol etc)...however I have bought
School supplies for home including a new printer - 100
Art and crafts supplies - 50
Toys and entertainment (including a trampoline) - 300
Extra food - 150ish

I thought staying home would save us money but obviously not 😩

And the food will still need to be topped up, and I think We’ll need more paper and ink.

At the moment more, but I think it will be less once things settle down. There'll be more food and higher utility bills, but no travel costs, socialising etc. Won't be buying my mum lunch tomorrow, a weekend away has been cancelled.

Probably about the same as I’ve spent more stocking up on dog food and his medication in case we have to stay in for an extended time but that’s been offset by not having any meals out . From next week I will be saving money as I won’t be paying for my riding lessons as the place has temporarily closed and I go 2/3 times a week normally . Our utility bills won’t go up as I don’t work anyway so we are at home a lot anyway .

A lot less
Refund for 2 school trips
Refund on a 2 holidays.. One at Easter one in the summer. Also saving then on airport parking, cattery, holiday money
No petrol costs (commuting etc)
No dance school costs (frozen fees x2)

Of course we will be going mad stuck in the house for months on end but we have already saved tons.
