To not want to go back to office

On Monday, we're still expected to go back into office to work.

As we're not forced to work from home, work says we will still need to go into office until told otherwise.

AIBU to not want to?

We're not essential workers/key workers or in the essential industry. We can all work from home and have everything set up to work from home. Yet, work says we must go back into office until we're forced shut.

Who else in this situation?

Same here OP, our comms have been generally vague but most recent seems to say the vulnerable stay at home, everyone else it's business as usual.
It's a large organization with the tech to keep things going fine from home, so I really don't understand it.

I can't understand that attitude at all. My office (200 people) has now completely closed indefinitely. Hope they come to their senses soon.
