A relative of mine came down last week with the symptoms of CV. They have had heart attacks and they already have breathing difficulties. They suspected pneumonia and gave them medication for that. They wouldnt test them for CV.
They recently deteriorated, struggling to breath and 111 suggested they went in to hospital. Whilst there they gave them a chest X-ray and confirmed pneumonia and sent them home. Still wouldn’t test them. Apparently they only test if they are having to stay in and go on a ventilator.
I thought they were ramping up testing? I thought even going to your GP you could get one.
Why are they lying and trying to make it look like we only have minimal confirmed cases.
I thought they were doing their best in a bad situation but this is worrying. It’s untruthful and I’d like to know why they are refusing to test clearly sick people.
