Since we came back from spain on monday we all have had a cough and bad throat no other symptoms but starting yesterday my 22 month old son alfie has been all out of sorts he was very needy wouldn't play and then his temperature was high so gave him calpol which worked and bought it back down. He was also drinking alot of water and was constantly thirsty.
Today he woke up crying and hasn't stopped, his breathe has gone really bad which makes me think he has mucus build up maybe in his throat, he wont eat anything or drink anything today I can get him to sleep by comforting him but he cries as soon as he wakes , any ideas what I can do?? He also sounds very bunged up

Do you have a humidifier? Or could you steam up the bathroom.

I presume you are your family are self isolating? That means not leaving your home at all and having no visitors.

I'd call 111 as your son is so young.
