Am I irrational to worry about joggers?

We went for a walk because that’s good and you can walk at a distance from others. We have some nice walks through a golf course etc. The problem for me was the number of joggers. They come at you quickly and don’t seem too fussed about distancing. They’re breathing heavily.
It’s normally me who’s more funny about things, but my partner said he think ps we should just stay in and exercise in the garden just to be in the safe side.

Yes they are being ignorant. My husband is continuing to run for as long as he can but he moves right out way to pass people. Take a horn out with you and blast them if they get close
