Can someone tell me if this is okay?

Asking advise on my situation

I am self isolating due to medical reasons. I have two young children who are at home with me as well.

My mum and brother live up the road and have said they will self isolate too so that they can still see us.

If we are all self isolating and have no symptoms, do you think it is okay for us to visit eachother? (Ensuring no contact with others on the way obviously)

Do you trust them to actually self isolate and wash their hands properly etc?

If you fully self isolate, and they fully self isolate (no popping to the shop etc) and none of you show signs after 2 weeks, I think it would be ok to meet up then.
