This has been a surreal year. The whole Birdie Friend thing and now this.

I can’t believe this is real.

I was just thinking the same thing (not about Birdie Friend ! I easily forgot him!) & This is all so.so weird and surreal. It hasn't really hit me yet. I get moments of 'whoa', but mainly it all.just seems to be happening and I'm getting carried along with it. It's the oddest thing and I never would, in my wildest imagination, have thought something like this would be happening now. It's so weird. I feel so much for my children :(

DH said “well at least it’s not world war 3 like Birdie Friend also predicted.”

I was thinking how terrifying a war would be. Or a nuclear meltdown.
