People with High Blood Pressure

Are people with high blood pressure a vulnerable group?

I heard someone on TV say that they were but I can't see it on official gov website.

Any links to official sources would be useful.

Can't find it anywhere other than to say people with higher blood pressure are more likely to have other underlying issues such as heart disease and Those people are at greater risk.

Certain blood pressure medication makes people more susceptible.
I am on indapamide and that is apparently ok.

Thank you for the replies. I'm just so concerned at the moment and my employer is expecting everyone to come into the office and are refusing to let us work from home.
