I booked a flight to Tokyo (from Paris through Moscow) last year for DC and me. Opodo are refusing to honour the cancellation policy I took out because now Japan is on the list of countries that their policy doesn't cover (because of coronavirus).
Twice on the phone to them: an hour or longer each time, the 80% being waiting in queue. When I emailed them I was told to call. I tried complaining via Resolver but no reply. What can I do if anything? The flight is first weekend of April.
