I saw this mentioned on the NHS thread - some Trusts are running crash courses in ICU care for MH staff? I'm an RMN on mat leave and struggling to hear about how horrific it is in acute care right now while doing nothing.
I'm due to start a new job in June after moving so I can't just return to work early. Baby is 8mo so I think might get a better deal in nursery a few days a week than housebound with me!
