For absolutely no reason, he can work from home (and does occasionally anyway, no performance issues, deadlines always met etc) He's been working from home this week which was arranged with boss 1 and sent an email to his bosses and his team as home WiFi was playing up this morning just letting them know, to get a snappy email back from boss 2 saying there was no reason to be at home, the office was 'clean' and he should be in on Monday.
I know it's not aibu, but this is ridiculous surely. Boss 2 had 'replied all' so everyone in the office could see, poor DH felt about two inches tall.
