Hoping someone knows the intricacies of the Easyjet system and can help me out!! I have a holiday booked to Spain which obviously isn't going ahead now. The part from UK to Spain is cancelled so no issues there, but I have a connecting internal Easyjet flight which is still going ahead. My insurers have said they will cover the cost of this flight as its connected to my holiday but I have to cancel it.
There's no option on Easyjet manage bookings to cancel the flight, and I can't get through to them by phone as they just have an automated message saying as they are so busy they'll save me some time and not bother adding me to the queue and call back 
Any ideas how I can cancel my flight?! I need written proof for the insurers from Easyjet that it has been cancelled and they haven't given me a refund.
