Disgusted local costcutter selling toilet rolls for £10

Went to my local costcutter they have stock but are selling toilet rolls normally £4 for £10
And a 9 pack of presto amazon brand i believe for £15

I believe there is some way to report businesses doing this to trading standards but I'm unfamiliar with how. Hopefully someone can link it.
