Soft play advertising they are still open for business

On Facebook, a local soft play I often frequent is advertising that they plan to still be open on Monday and to call ahead so they have an idea on numbers.
I am totally lost for words. I am sat here reading some comments on their post in tears. Someone has commented on it saying they should not be advertising people visit them and a pile on of comments to this person saying they haven't been forced to close so why should they.
I'm in absolute despair that people are not following the guidelines and cannot even see the benefit of them. Is it just me? Am I overreacting cancelling my whole calendar for the foreseeable which included soft play dates, parties and even park dates?
I feel I'm going to have to comment something to support the person saying how irresponsible this is but I am a regular face there (or was!) And I dont want any bad feeling as I know businesses are struggling.
