Coronavirus and Anemia / low Iron?

Does anyone know if anemia or iron deficiency is a risk factor for Coronavirus complications?

I have read this, but don't have it from a definitive source. The theory is that as well as lung inflammation making it harder to breathe, the virus also compromises the body's haem, making patients' blood less oxygenated. So the lungs are compromised twice over. Obviously a patient who is already anaemic will feel this compromise even more acutely, so if you are prone to iron deficiency, now would be a good time to rectify that with supplements.
