2 week self isolation and company’s who will count it as sick leave

How do you think your organisation will count the 2 week isolation? Will it be included in the sickness records and counted in absence figures? Will it trigger disciplinary procedures?

I’ve not seen anything to explain how this will work? In the past our company have used sickness records and data when choosing who to make redundant- will there be any protection for staff from this going forwards?
