I’m finding it very hard with my 19 and 23 year olds who both still live at home.
Dh and I are doing the best we can to reduce contact. I’m working from home, dh still at work but quiet office. Not going out except to walk the dog or food shop. We both have elderly parents that we have put in lock down and are very aware of keeping safe.
We are finding it very hard with our dc. Not children as such! Both work - one working from home other one works in emergency services.
They still want obviously to see girlfriends and friends. Younger ds has gone to band practice with 3 friends. I’m getting obsessed.
Are we expecting our teens and young people to go without social contact for months? What about their partners?
I’d really welcome other parents views of kids this age!!
