Isn’t it amazing, humans disappear and animals reappear.

Shows the world can heal itself pretty quickly

Rivers in Venice are clear
Dolphins are returning to shores
Deer are roaming streets. So are monkeys and wild boar.

Though it’s sad for the deer and monkeys too as they used to be fed by the public so are now roaming looking for food

Yes the planet would be much better off with no humans, or certainly substantially less of us

nitgel · 19/03/2020 17:32

Yeah i have a mouse in my kitchen

Soubriquet · 19/03/2020 18:00

You probably always had that mouse. You’ve only just noticed him

We saw a hedgehog out and about yesterday and it does seem like there are more birds

TeensArghhhh · 19/03/2020 18:03

The Worlds nature is amazing! Humans not so much

ErrolTheDragon · 19/03/2020 18:08

I doubt there are suddenly more birds, but it's easier to hear them now.

GrumpyHoonMain · 19/03/2020 18:10

When lions start roaming the streets because all the zookeepers are self-isolating this won’t be a positive.

SunshineOverStress · 19/03/2020 18:13

Anyone else noticed how quiet the mornings are (I’m in London). Don’t normally need to set an alarm as generally wake 6-6:30 but today slept until 7:45 as it was just so quiet outside.
