Sorry if this has been asked before but I know the symptoms vary.

If you have had coronavirus what we're your symptoms? Confirmed or suspected cases.

Thank you in advance.

Without testing this isn’t that useful as you will have lots of replies from people who just have colds etc.

Those presenting to hospital are very clearly having fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing and muscle aches/extreme lethergy

For community cases who are by definition much milder it isn’t very clear as not able to differentiate from other common winter bugs.

Yeah that's the problem with UK as they aren't testing which is ridiculous.

My friend has symptoms and has been told to self isolate.

The virus we've just had involved a high temperature, slight sore throat, very persistent cough, aching body, a bit of a headache and feeling very rough and tired. Ds2 was the worst affected, then dh and I only had mild symptoms. Chest feeling tight, heavy and like it had a rock sitting on it.

I woke up this morning (after a disturbed night) feeling as though I’d been run over by a bus. Temperature was 37.5 this morning, rising to 38.4 by lunchtime.

A feeling of needing to constantly clear my throat when I got up has changed to needing to cough on every other breath out.

I don't know if I have it or not

Symptoms:

Day 1 to 3: sore throat, runny nose, chills and fever
Day 4&5: cough, mild sore throat, muscle aches and pains and fatigue, nausea
Day 6: mild runny nose, persistent cough, mild sore throat, fatigue, nausea and indigestion

I'll never if it's coronavirus or something else...

The people I know of who have self isolated have all comment on feeling as though their lungs are burning/on fire. I believe this is one of the key symptoms, it doesn't cause runny noses. If you have a runny stuffy nose chances are you've just got a cold.
