How do I get either Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain relief.

I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia and Costochonderitis and take prescription meds for it. I use to get both of the above on prescription but that was stopped last tear and was asked to buy them over the counter. I gave about a week supply if I drop down to a quarter if what I usually take.
I dont want to phone the Drs yet as they are so busy.
Any idea?

My local Asda pharmacy counter had a notice saying they were sold out of paracetamol. But looking on the shelf, they had full stock of Cocodamol, day nurse, and another branded paracetamol tablet (can’t remember which one).

Poundland had both today.
