Is it safe to drink out of cans and bottles?

Without thinking have opened a can of juice and sitting drinking it . Should I have sanitised it first ? It was inside a wrapper first but am not so sure? Am having similar thoughts with for example, biscuits and cereal boxes, meat etc that will have been at some point had human contact before I’ve had it - what should we be doing?

I really don't think I could worry about this. If you start panicking about cans and bottles where does it end? What if someone touched your car door handle in the car park? Or your door bell? Or literally anything that didn't originate in your house. We need to be cautious but my OTTILIE
