28 weeks pregnant & toddler, self isolating tips

Hi,

I’m currently 7 months pregnant & have been advised to stay home. I have a 3 year old who is now not at nursery, any tips on how to stop myself going mental?!

My husband is working from home & having him around constantly is slightly annoying me also because I can’t even talk to him while he’s working, he’s just there taking up space haha (sorry)

I’m desperately trying to get everything ready for baby & having my 3 year old with me 24/7 is making it so hard to get much done.

How literally are people taking this isolation? Can we really not see family? My husband is great regarding shopping & does it all so I don’t have to go into any shops but I just feel like I’m going to go insane stuck here for at least the next 12 weeks, plus keeping my little one busy all day is going to become a challenge.

I know many of us are in the same boat & plenty even worse off so I’m not looking for sympathy, just looking for any tips on what others are doing.

Such an awful state the world is in right now, I’m trying to stay positive but the news is just terrifying & quite disheartening. I really want to enjoy the end of my pregnancy but I just feel so on edge!
