Why are we believing the Chinese stats by the way? They were grossly underestimating the figures from day one. Same as the UK.

China and other Asian countries are experiencing a second wave of the virus so no they aren't out of it or in the clear at all.

Losers that’s misleading, the second wave in those countries are from people bringing it in from other countries, importing it. They are not facing a second wave, as yet, from the domestic population being having restrictions loosened.
