First hearing next week and I can’t get through, 26th in line on the phone!

Yes - still running. Some talk of moving to Skype hearings but they really don't have the infrastructure for that.

I'm assuming you're acting in person, because there has been mention of only solicitors/barristers attending as long as they can take instructions by phone.

I would say unless you hear from the Court, assume it's going ahead.
