I'm losing my mind here with all this cv talk and different sources saying different things about the symptoms which in turn makes me panic.
since new year I've just been waking up with a need to clear throat etc and was still doing it the past few weeks I've been fine no fever cough sore throat aches or pains etc today nose is a lol runny but I always get like cattarh at this time just before seasonal allergies start

So to confirm I'm fine no fever no pains no cough no sore throat no headache no shortness of breath no tiredness
All I have is a slight runny nose and the need to clear throat in morning so cv or not?
And if it was how quickly do the symptoms of cv appear?

I have been keeping away from people and keeping my self in doors unless it's for shopping etc

You need to go on NHS website or public health England. That's the only proper source.

We are also moving into Hay Fever season. That can make you feel rough as anyone with it can confirm.

I work with someone who has a the remnants of a cold since early February. Should they be isolating?

You should be social distancing regardless of symptoms anyway
