What happens if you get sick whilst WFH

Just that really. If you become ill whilst working from home are companies going to expect you to keep working (as from what I've heard the virus can be quite mild if you are healthy) or do you call in sick and stop working? How do you get a doctors note confirming you have it?

If you’re sick then you take the time off sick. You only work from home when you’re able to work.

I don’t know about doctors note. Maybe call the GP surgery (don’t go in) or 111 or maybe they just won’t require them right now
