I feel really panicky and claustrophobic, pains in my chest at the thought of lockdown. I know it is probably the best thing but it's really panicking me

I don’t know if this helps. But i saw this on FB and it made me think and try to focus on the positives more. I have been an anxious wreck the past few days but feeling a bit better today.

..A lot of fear is being generated globally about the Covid-19 virus. What isn't understood very well is that viruses energetically "feed" on fear. Fear is a range of frequencies and the frequencies of viruses fall into that range. Those frequencies will resonate with each other and amplify. Viruses will resonate with the fear and be attracted to it. So, what to do? Lessen the fear on a personal level! If you have learned the HelioSol Technique, AgapeMind, MindScape, Cortices, EFT, or any other energetic self-help modality, do it daily or more times during the day. Not only will your emotional brain calm down, but your immune system and Wei Qi will remain strong. If you feel the need, you can get HelioSol sessions that will find and release the underlying fear-based beliefs. If there’s no emotional over-reaction, the virus won’t find the frequency it needs to survive and replicate – in other words, you won’t appeal as a place to invade. Of course, do all the other practical physical things that are being promoted like washing your hands, sneezing into your elbow, and so on. That can’t hurt either! And remember the saying: “this too shall pass.”

..Not everyone will feel better by that and it may be a bit too ‘spiritual’ for some but I think it’s important to try and feel positive for both our emotional and physical health
