Are social care staff keyworkers?

In light of the recent announcement from Boris that schools will close except for children of key workers - does anyone know if there is an official list of what counts as a key worker? My daughters school sent out a letter earlier asking for info on which children has keyworker parents and only included 'nhs, police, fire service, food retailers and pharmacy'. I am an OT, I work in Adult social care, it seems ridiculous to me that I won't be counted whereas another mum at the school who is an OT in the NHS will be. I have emailed the school to ask for social care staff to be included (as carers, social workers etc) are also doing an essential service in my view but I wondered if they were working off an official list?

He did just say and other workers too but they still need to put a list together. I'm sure care workers will be on it.
